Summary
The most common way to protect the rights arising from a trademark is to register the trademark. However, this registration may not be sufficient to protect the trademark owner in some aspects. In such cases, it is possible to protect the rightholders by insuring the trademark. This article explains trademark insurance under Turkish law and addresses some potential issues that may arise.
