What is the point of intellectual property theory? Pastiching Lon L. Fuller’s the Case of the Speluncean Explorers, we explore this question via a fictional law report of a fictional case. The Case of Snickerwood Soup demonstrates to intellectual property students and scholars that one’s theoretical premises and assumptions result in different conclusions in hard cases.
