Title
A glance at digital law in Africa (Part 2):: North Africa and the OHADA and OAPI areas
Item Type
Journal article
Description
1 online resource
Summary
The digital age and the legal challenges it brings are more than ever an invitation to consider the law by looking at what has gone before (historical perspective) and what is being done elsewhere (comparative perspective). With a view to enriching comparative digital law, this article presents a synoptic board of digital law legislation and case law in Africa. In order to provide as panoramic a picture as possible (without claiming to be exhaustive), this study has been split into two parts covering three geographical and linguistic areas: Anglophone Africa (which appeared in the previous issue of EIPR), North Africa and Francophone Africa.
