The participants observe the judicial approaches of other countries and gain insight to strengthen their own courts’ analyses. The Forum is part of WIPO’s work intended to empower judiciaries to fulfill their vital role in ensuring that IP, innovation and creative ecosystems in Member States are balanced and effective.
