摘要
Law reviews and law journals in the United States published a large number of intellectual property related articles wrin the past for this yell sed a house such lectual Property Law Review. The articles selected for this year's edition reflect popular topics in those law review articles. A substantial number of the articles considered related in some way to artificial intelligence, and a representative sampling is included. One article herein focuses on the patentability of Al-generated inventions. Another article is directed to copyright ownership of AI generated output. Still another article considers the influence and consequences of Al on human creativity. Many of the articles considered reflected the ongoing and increasing impact of computers on our society even when the focus of the articles was not AI. One example included herein discusses the changes in concurrent use of trademarks necessitated by the substantial internet and social media presence in our lives making products and services more widely known and readily available.
