N2  - Understanding the principles of the European patent system and its procedural elements is essential for successful patent prosecution for Europe. The present work is an introduction and deepening in this area. It is based on years of lecture experience and brings the complex topic in a didactically prepared way with summaries, graphic representations and practical exercises. In view of the rapidly changing legal bases in this area, the work should be reprinted at least every 2 years and thus always be up to date.
