The present publication contains the texts of the Geneva Act of the Lisbon Agreement on Appellation of Origin and Geographical Indications and the Regulations under the Geneva Act, as well as the agreed statements adopted at the same time as the Act and Regulations (see footnotes on pages 15 and 16). The Geneva Act and its Regulations are not yet in force.
