The present publication contains the texts of the Singapore Treaty on the Law of Trademarks, the Regulations under the Singapore Treaty on the Law of Trademarks and Resolution Supplementary to the Singapore Treaty on the Law of Trademarks and the Regulations Thereunder adopted on March 27, 2006, by the Diplomatic Conference for the Adoption of a revised Trademark Law Treaty, which was held in Singapore from March 13 to 28, 2006.
