"The Australian Patent Office has recently revised its guidelines in relation to the patenting of software-related inventions taking into account the Full Federal Court decision in CCOM Pty Ltd v. Jiejing Pty Ltd which commented on the IBM case and ultimately relied upon the NRDC case.
