New provisions of the amended laws (as at 1998) translated by Takashi Ishihara; full text of the amended laws (as at 1998) revised by Harua Goto; In the WIPO Journal "Industrial Property" of March, April, November and December of 1974 were published the translations of the Patent Law, Utility Model Law, Design Law and Trademark Law then in force. The booklet contains all subsequent amendments.
