Note
"A number of libel actions in the last few years involving 'media celebrities' have aroused legal as well as public interest. It is submitted that the line between the two sets of interests has often become blurred at the expense of the plaintiff. All litigants, celebrity or otherwise, are entitled to the same protection under our libel laws. The courts must not lose sight of the broader context in which allegedly libellous passages and words must be considered, nor should they be unwittingly guided by current popular feeling."
