The Journal of World Intellectual Property provides in depth coverage to all international and comparative aspects of intellectual property law, including trade, investment, technology, management and enforcement of IP. For years it has been the authoritative journal for intellectual property questions in relation to trade and investment, with particular focus on the WTO and TRIPS (the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights). The journal is interested in widening its scope by gazing at the challenges posed to IP by technological innovations. We aim to provide a wide view of IP, including innovative approaches to licensing and protection, and also welcome submissions in less-explored areas of research.
