"Bio-Science Law Review covers three main areas: The management, protection and exploitation of Intellectual Property Rights; Licensing and approval of bio-tech / bio-science based products; General legal issues that affect the bio-tech / bio-science industries. Each issue has two parts - an editorial section containing an open editorial, articles, commentaries on specific cases or legislation, letters and book reviews; and a news section carrying national reports, as well as reports on the activities of international and regional institutions (WIPO, EPO, European Commission, ECJ) by our worldwide contributors.
