Résumé
Protection against unfair competition has been recognized as forming part of industrial property protection for almost a century. It was in 1900, at the Brussels Diplomatic Conference for the Revision of the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property (hereinafter referred to as "the Paris Convention"), that this recognition was first manifested by the insertion of Article I Obis in the Convention.
