"The article contains a detailed survey (with information up to September 1999) of the term of protection of authors' rights in 65 countries. The overall conclusion is that 30 countries provide a protection of literary and artistic works until 70 years postmortem auctoris, and 29 countries and 50 years postmortem auctoris."
